Practice Nomad has a simple, singular mission: to connect healthcare professionals with one another to license space. We strive to create a platform uniquely designed for medical and dental practices and individuals to capitalize on excess capacity, as well as finding opportunities in such spaces to extend the reach of their own practice. Long-term commitments, evictions, brokers, and even attorneys are often avoided using our platform, saving time and money on both sides of the transaction. For licensors, our platform is designed to provide you with the most flexibility in days, times, offices, exam rooms, equipment and other resources available for your licensees. Likewise, for licensees, we provide a comprehensive search engine listing space available for licensing that is so straightforward that you can find the space you love and lock in within 48 hours, and use it for as short or as long as it makes sense for both parties.

Practice Nomad was founded by healthcare professionals who have struggled with the problem of needing short-term space, or needing to find new ways to make ends meet in tough economic times. With all of the changes in healthcare policy, practices bound by long-term leases that are not fully utilizing their space finally have an easy way to offer it to other professionals. Likewise, practices and individuals looking to expand into a new area -- even if for one day a week -- can find exactly what they need, quickly, easily, and affordably. We believe that with our platform, you can be more successful and have more flexibility.
