Data at rest and not explicitly published by end users is available only to highly vetted personnel, and any breach of this policy would result in termination and filing criminal charges where applicable.
How we protect your Personal Information
Practice Nomad® personnel limits the use of your personal information to what is needed in order to provide you with our core services. These services include transactions, communications, and payment services, for example credit card processing.
Aggregate information such as reports of number of unique visitors, page views, etc. may depend on personal information, but your personal information will not be made available. We should note that by creating listing on our website, you understand that this information is made available to our users once published.
Practice Nomad® does not sell names, email addresses or other personal information. This information is strictly used to provide you with our core services, and to communication with our customers, for example through our mailing list. Your personal information is only shared with third parties in order to provide you with the services you request from us.
Practice Nomad® will only release personal information to authorities as required by law, such as by subpoena, search warrant, court order or investigation of fraud.
